The production of hookahs is a complicated matter. Therefore, it may happen that the product you purchase may not work perfectly. For smooth processing of your claim, please fill out the claim form below or contact customer support at michaela@wandyhookah.com. The claim will be handled as follows:

  1. Reporting a complaint 
  2. Complaint assessment (within 5 working days) 
  3. Notification of claim settlement 
  4. Approval
    • Approval of your complaint
    • Rejected - We will offer you post-warranty service. 
  5. Sending a traffic label 
  6. Receipt of goods at our warehouse 
  7. Handling of complaints / service. 
  8. Sending back

Please note that the hookah packaging must not miss any parts, including the claimed one. If this happens, the claim will be rejected and sent back at the customer's expense.
